Since 1897, the French Faraut family, lead by Mr. Pierre Morère, has collaborated with Dr. Alexandre Yersin and embarked on a pioneering journey to introduce the Bourbon Pointu coffee from Bourbon Island (now known as La Réunion Island) to Da Lat. This city's cool climate and mild temperatures favored by 1,500m height provided the ideal conditions for this precious bean to thrive. The tireless dedication of Mr. Faraut/Morère together with indigenous Lach, M'Nong Chil ethnis minority people. Bourbon coffee has flourished in an organic environment manually.
