Tea Brewing Guide:
Step 1: Warm up the teaware
Pour boiling water into the teapot, teacups, and tea tray to evenly warm all surfaces and enhance heat retention during brewing.
Step 2: Wake the tea
Place 5 grams of tea into the teapot. Pour in enough boiling water to fully cover the tea leaves, gently swirl to awaken and open the buds, then discard this first rinse.
Step 3: Brew the tea
Pour 150ml of hot water (about 90°C) into the teapot to fully cover the tea. Close the lid and pour additional hot water over the lid to retain heat and aroma. Adjust water volume to taste.
Step 4: Enjoy the tea
After 40–60 seconds, pour the tea into a fairness pitcher (gong dao bei), then into cups to ensure even color and flavor. Repeat the process for 4–6 infusions.
